I-Corps at NIH is an entrepreneurship training program designed for small businesses in biomedical industry. The program curriculum includes conducting 100 interviews during the eight-week course, through which companies will learn and validate the needs of customers and market. The award budget for this program is $50,000. For more information, please read the Funding Opportunity Announcement PA-18-517.
I-Corps at NIH is open to companies with an ACTIVE Phase I SBIR or STTR grant from any of the following NIH or CDC institutes or centers:

- National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI)
- National Institute on Aging (NIA)

- Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD)
- National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD)
- National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR)
- National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK)
- National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA)
- National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS)
- National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS)
- National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH)
- National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS)
- National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS)
- National Center for Emerging Zoonotic and Infectious Diseases (NCEZID/CDC)
- National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH/CDC)
